Uniquestay Hotel Reviews
" Excellent hotel. We stayed in a Zen... "
Submitted By: Ms K Brown
Excellent hotel. We stayed in a Zen room with a gravity chair and whirlpool bath. The furnishings were modern, comfortable and very clean. The internet access in the bedroom was useful. Great value for money.
Tallinn was a really pretty city especially in the winter with Christmas lights and snow. Troiska was a really good Russian restaurant in the main square.

Having been overbooked at Uniquestay Hotel, we were transferred to another hotel far outside Tallinn. It took at least 20 minutes by taxi to get to our "new hotel" from the old town (45 minutes when rush-our...) in addition to waiting time for the taxi. The rate at the "new hotel" was half of what we had paid for our Uniqestay room, however we did not get a single dime in compensation for our inconvenience. This means that Uniqestay earned 50 Euros for each night we stayed at the other hotel. We consider this as a serious fraud.
The staff at the hotel was not helpful at all. We asked to talk to the manager, but the manager did not want to talk with us.
In addition to this, the rooms are very small, the traffic is heavy, the breakfast was disappointing and the so-called gravity chair was a total joke. Next time we go to Tallinn, we will definitely find another hotel.
If you despite of this still will be a potential guest at Uniqestay hotel, we have one piece of advance: Do not pay in advance!!
