The staff were fantastic, very polite, and helpful. The hotel was run immaculately. We decided to have a short break to celebrate our anniversary, and could not have asked for a more fantastic time.
The food was lovely and there was plenty of it. The only problem we found was the parking situation, but the hotel is certainly worth a stay. We will be going back.

This hotel provided excellent customer service and value for money. My room was large and comfortable (a little cold at night due to the large original windows) the views of the hills were breathtaking. Evening meal offered top class service and food. Located close to Keswick Main Street, yet far away enough for seclusion. Parking close to the hotel was difficult if arriving late afternoon, required to park in the street near the hotel.
