" Simply the worst hotel I have ever... "

Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is filthy, run down, badly run and all food is served by hand!

Rooms are small, carpets stained, toilets disgraceful, staff rude and contradictive.

" Good location but terrible hotel.... "

Good location but terrible hotel. Very shabby. The stair carpets were filthy and there was a smell of sewage in the corridors. One lift, taking only two people at a time was not enough for a coach load of people just arrived. My room had a broken... read more

We had the misfortune to go to Ostend in August 06 where we stayed at "The Ambassador", although due to there being no dining facilities "catering" was provided at the nearby George V.

We were situated in the centre of Ostend ~ prime location for shopping and unfortunately thieves. There were (the ones I heard about) 6 rooms broken into in the 4 days we were there.
