Hated it. Our safety deposit box was broken into on our first day there (an inside job obviously!!) and everything was stolen. From then we were treated like rubbish, no one apologised, just moved us to another room where we found cockroaches. We were moved twice more and... more

Not impressed at all. Had the feeling that all the time we were just being ripped off from moment one (The bus driver on arrival tried to sell us free maps). Watch out for price increases in Albena if shops have no change. We had to pay over £70 just to hire two sun beds... more
