We have just come back from a 2 week holiday in bravo apartments,bulgaria,
my family and myself were originally going to sunny beauty but the saturday before our vacation we had a letter saying there was an over booking so we had to go to bravo instead.
We started reading reveiws and people said the cleaners never turned up,it was grotty, the receptionist was rude and so from this we were dreading it,
But we never had a problem, infact we tipped our maid mary the odd 2 leva and she was chuffed and she did our sheets and towels for us nearly everyday! the receptionist Irina is one of the nicest people i have met! She came and sat with us in evenings at the resturant and even came in the pool which she said she hadn't done before, she taught me bulgarian ;) came with us to the medical centre when my sibling hurt her toe badley and she made us feel so welcome, i really really want to go back there! i was so upset when i had to say goodbye,
if your nice to the people here.they will be nice back :)

Well what can i say its the worst holiday i have ever had in my 30 yrs of my life... Don't ever go there. Me and my partner and 12 yrs old son went on the 9th July BIG mistake the apartment had not been cleaned there was human Human Faeces all over the toilete, the apartment had obviously not been cleaned since last people were, there was someone elses suitcase in our room and still food, tooth paste etc. We didnt get any clean bedding or towels the whole stay.
The food was rubbish and the manager was a complete A**e hole! We went to the medic the last day as i ran out of my inhaler and there was a English girl raped the night before.
Our last day we stayed there was terrible as there was a huge meeting going on round the pool because the English, Irish & Scottish etc had apartments bought and were paying maintenance yearly and nothing was been done and the manager was clicking the money the pool in Bravo 3 i would not let my dog swim in oh my god i could sit here all day!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT GO THERE!

We just came back from a family holiday to Bravo apartments...what can i say??? Absolutely a disgusting, dirty & unhealthy place to stay. We had 3 different rooms in less than 6 days, rooms were damp, mouldy, floors stunk of urine... we were there for 2wks...far too long. The rooms were dirty & scruffy, clean towels once, never changed the sheets, lights in the apartment didnt work, toaster didnt work, cracked glasses,& dirty dishes/bowls in the cupboards. the swimming pool was minging...dirty tide mark around the pool, water levels werent correct. was full of 18-30s when we were told it was family orientated. staff only served young lads in the complex. they didnt like giving you your change. Wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone. We wanted to come home after a couple of days, but couldnt afford the flights bk home.

We stayed in the Bravo Apartments in June of this Year, on an 18-30's Holiday.
I must say i was very surprised with the overall Holiday and the accommodation. We had the Largest Apartment, It was clean, nice and modern, with good facilites, and nice views, we also had two balconies and 2 bedrooms, with a huge shower room and kitchen area. Although the only problem was slight building work to the back of the apartment. however this wasnt a problem, and made no noticable noise, the bulding work wasnt a problem when we were laid by the pool either.
The cleaners came into our apartment every single day of our holiday, which was nice. although they moved alot of our things around, this again wasnt a big problem, we just had to find them again. The hotel staff were friendly, the reps were amazing && the pool bar staff were friendly aswell.
The pool bar was nice and cheep, and sold a wide range of drinks, alcoholica drinks and food. They also had good deals on at Happy Hour & sometimes Changed them to the times the reps would pick us up for our bar crawls, which was nice of them.
The pool was in good condition, and kept clean by the life guard. Who also doubled up as a first aid man around the apartments.
Balkin Holidays also have guests staying in the apartments, But they didn't seem to mind that we had Music on everyday before our big nights out, and it was full blast to say the least. We also rolled in at 5am every morning, and again had no complaints.
I'd recommend these apartments to young groups of people.

We are a group of university students who decided to go abroad to Bulgaria, we did not know what to expect but i must say the holiday was absolutly brilliant!
Sunny beach is a really lovely area! Very clean and the locals were really friendly.
The area has many clubs which had very cheap drinks my friends and I were very impressed! =]
I would definatly reccomend the hotel, the rooms were well equipped and maintained on a regular basis!
If you want an amazing holiday GO go go to Bravo, sunny beach!!!!!

We had booked two apartments for our party and had specified at the time of booking that we wanted these to be as close together as possible.
When we arrived the staff took us all to one of the apartments which was lovely and spacious then took the rest of our party over to another building to another apartment, not so lovely and very cramped. We asked if we could all stay within the one building but this never happened. During this the staff became rather offhand and did not speak to us. When we were in their office we all felt uncomfortable as the staff spoke amongst themselves in Bulgarian pointing at us & laughing! This was not a good omen. For the rest of our stay we did not have any further contact with the staff.
However this would not put me off going back to Sunny Beach as all of the other locals that we met whilst out & about were honest, open and a joy!
