We had a good time at this hotel due...

We had a good time at this hotel due to the accommodation and beautiful suite that we had. The view was magnificent, with beautiful bay windows. We were however greatly disappointed by the service of the staff. The bar staff were fantastic in the function room that we were in but when it came to the hotel staff and checking into our room we found them very unhelpful and unpleasant. When staying in a 5 star hotel and paying 5 star prices it is very disappointing when the staff leave a bitter taste in your mouth. The breakfast was aveerage by no means first class.

Superb hotel commanding excellent views of Belfast Lough. Accommodation first class as was the friendliness and efficiency of staff. Facilities are excellent and the room was top notch. The only minor drawback was that it is expensive but if you want to treat yourself, it is well worth it.
