" Just returned from a three night... "

Just returned from a three night break, staying at this hotel. Could not fault it. Reception staff very helpful, very clean. Room was at the front of the hotel and the only noise we heard after 10pm at night was at 7.00am when the church bells rang, they then rang again at 8.00am. This was a plus really has we did not set our alarm and we were down for breakfast by 8.30 then off to explore venice. The gentleman who serves you at breadfast is very friendly and speaks italian german french english and spanish i think. You are offered proper coffee also a pot of tea if you want. There is fruit juice two types of cereal, yogurt, fruit salad, a basket of rolls and croissants with any jam there is honey cheese ham, even chocolate spread to put on dried toast. We found it very easy to find from the airport you just get on the bus, it is better to buy a pass at the airport for the bus and vaporetto, we got a 72 hour one for £20.00 it was well worth it has we used the boat bus to the Lido and to Murano, also for visiting St marks and the Rialto. The prices for meals are not value for money and it is best to avoid restaurants that charge a cover of 2 euros per person plus 12.5% service. If you want to eat cheap use Breck which is just around the corner from this hotel, there is also some Mc donalds here and there although we did not use them. All in all Fab place to be.

" This hotel is one of the best I have... "

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. Although it was small it was very quant.

The rooms were very clean and you got a good breakfast. It had a great location next to the train station. I would highly recommend this to couples who are visiting Venice for a mini break.

The location was next to a Vaparetto stop which took you to all of the main areas of attractions in Venice but it was also a nice walk into St Marks square walking through the little streets.

The staff at the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful.
