Very clean and attractive hotel with beautiful original artwork scattered all over the place. The room was large and warm which was a worry for spain at this time of the year.
The reception staff could have been friendlier but when you check in at 00.30 do you really want chirpy staff. Breakfast was offered at a rate of 10 Euros which we declined as we thought it a little bit expensive (other guests did say they had paid a similar price to us with breakfast included).
The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from the main shops and railway station and this costs about 10 Euros each way. Overall good value for the money we paid and I would consider using this hotel again should we revisit Girona.
