We stayed at the Craig Manor in May 2007 and overall had a lovely stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was cosy (which was appreciated as we chose a particularly rainy weekend to visit).
Breakfasts included cereal, fruit, juice, toast and the full English and you could pretty much eat as much as you like. We didn't take the evening meal although the menu looked good.
While staying there you can also use the leisure facilities of a local hotel including pool, Jacuzzi etc.
The only downside is that we felt it was a little expensive, particularly drinks at the bar.
Beware! Rooms were nicely decorated with what looked like new bathroom suites however; family rooms are a little small (we had a triple) but still ok.
Overall a nice hotel if a little expensive.

We booked one night - it was not cheap.
In my 66 years - I have never slept in such a small bedroom - even as a child in a small 3 bedromm semi.
We pre-paid £58 for a "candle light dinner for two" and expected something a lttle special - only to find that we were shoulder to shoulder in an over crowded dining room with families/children ...... not a candle in sight. Also - the price that we paid was the normal "non resident - just walk in off the street price" - I suspect that most of the children and family's in the room did not pay £29 each for a four course meal (coffee extra).
If we had not pre-paid - then we would have walked into the town and had a nice meal somewhere else. The food was fairly good - but the evening an enormous dissapointment.
Breakfast OK.
