Radisson SAS Hotel

This hotel offers spacious , clean rooms . The problem with this hotel are: 1) Hotel transfers only run a few times in the morning and then in the evening - this can mean early starts and rushing in the evening to catch the last one at 9.50.As this transfer is shared with the Marriott Hotel ,the morning transfers can can be very long . On one occasion the bus driver left a fully packed bus and was was found sitting in the Marriott having a rest. .Taxi's cost 12 to 15 euros and takes approx 10 mins 2) Get there for breakfast early ,... more

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Hotel is beautiful, new, clean, spacious, with nice décor and lighting – very comfortable. We usually do not ask much from hotel staff, so service is not a big issue for us. But here, lack of service and management was so obvious. Have stayed in both the Sequoia Lodge (which was very good) and then the Disneyland Hotel itself, and have to say that the latter is absolutely amazing. Stayed with my husband, son six and daughter two, in a standard room and every single thing, from the minute the bus stops outside makes the place worth every penny - ever though it is expensive. Dying to know if next time the Castle Club option would be worth it????? Am now planning our next trip for this summer and can't wait.

We have just returned from 3 nights in the Radisson SAS Disneyland and had a fantastic time..already planning our return trip!! We originally booked this hotel because it was such good value especially for a 4/5* hotel..after reading previous reviews I really wasnt expecting an awful lot. Fantastic stay in the radisson sas euro disney Paris! Myself and my boyfriend enjoyed this stay away immensly, initially i booked the hotel because i am an employee of the radisson group but it was outstanding!We were so pleased The hotel was fabulous, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed from a comfy bed to minibar to a bathroom to die for!!!! Stay in the Radisson Hotel at the end of nov last year and despite the other reviews I did not find it a trek to get to disney land the shuttle runs frequently until bout half 11 and yes after that there is longer gaps and then after 3pm it begins to run frequently again. Food wasnt nice at all and i suggest going early for breakfast!!!!! AND DONT ORDER ROOM SERVICE! Order a pizza on first nice and it was a disgusting, leathery and had been sitting in a freezer for months and got charged €12.50 to eat it...Pool, sauna and steam room open... more

We booked this hotel because the Disneyland hotel was all booked up and we wanted to take our son for his birthday. The hotel itself was ok although, there was a long wait for check-in, with only one person at the desk. I would think that they should know when the Eurostar arrives each day to make provisions for number of people checking in at a particular time. It is also not a Disney hotel. Shuttles are NOT regular to and from this hotel to disney so you better rent a car or have extra tenners ready to take taxis. You cannot go and come as you wish as you are always on tenterhooks so as not to miss the shuttles. The shuttles when they finaly arrive are packed and everyone has to squeeze in and a few people have to be left off as the shuttle is very small. For a so called disney hotel, there were no childrens disney channels on TV! This is our 5th time of coming to Eurodisney but this has been our worst... more

The hotel is nice but really far from disneyland you need to have a car or to take a cab. There is a bus but one per hour. When I booked the hotel they told me that there is some shuttle every 10 minutes. This is not true. The service is really not good, there is clearly a lack of experience. They forgot to bring our luggages, the mini bar was not full when we arrive and they wanted that we pay what we didn't take... The breakfast is chaos and the restaurant too. You wait too much time at the restaurant, and the food is not so... more

Just stayed the weekend with my girlfriend at the Radisson. Every Disney Hotel was full so booked this one because the price was ok. Payed 113 € for the night (without breakfast / breakfast = 20 € / person). The rooms are very clean and spacious, nice LCD tv and good comfy beds. Bathroom is spacious with 2 sinks. The hotel has a pool and sauna/steamroom (open from 10 till 23h), those services are free of charge for the guests.
