Holiday Inn Norwich Hotel

Holiday in Norwich. Good welcome by the reception staff, used the priority express service desk and was very quickly allocated a non smoking room.
The reception area is well equipped with an open plan area with plenty of seating and tables for business or as a meeting point. The bar area is very tidy and offers a good range of beers and wines.
Restaurants okay good food but as always with Holiday inns on the expensive side.
Room was tidy and comfortable although a little cold. No Iron/board or hairdryer in the room although these are easily obtained from reception. There is an onsite Gym with a Jacuzzi However. It is a small gym and could probably do with an equipment update.
I found my stay to be comfortable and all the staff were courteous and helpful at all times.
