NO problems at all i'd defiantly go again. At first I was very scared to see what i'm gonna end up with as I booked up beforehand but I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I could've done with was satellite tv. apart from that clean room, good breakfast good view and overall very good.

If you want a cheap weekend away and a great laugh then Blackpool is the place to be. This hotel is on the promenade but about 15 minutes walk to the main attractions, however it’s a nice walk with lots of bars and amusements and shops on the way.read more

Awful "big" hotel. Parking very limited. Rooms tatty, dirty and no heating working. Decor in serious need of updating.
Poor facilities for price we paid. Better off saving your money and booking a good B&B/Guest house. Or perhaps a proper "big" hotel rather than this run down shambles.

I had room 120, 2 nice bedrooms lots of wardrobes corner bath and shower, yes it needs decorating but it was clean and nice.
Fitted new carpets while we were there nice breakfast and bar etc, staff seemed nice small car park.
Grand hotel gets 4stars from us.
