I have attended this hotel numerous times and live within 1.5 miles of it.
The hotel is situated in lovely grounds and is surrounded by a golf course.
It is very conveniently located for the motorway network and is a popular business and conference venue. It is a stopping off hotel for some premiership clubs when playing in the region.
The hotel is tastefully decorated and operates to a very high standard. Rooms are good as are the number of bars throughout the hotel.
There is an onsite leisure club which some of my friends subscribe to. Membership is not cheap, however, it does give you a discount from any drinks bills,-and these can be pretty expensive.
There is a local beefeater type pub very close by and all in all there is little to fault the hotel. The food is always to a high standard and I would recommend it to anybody as a business or personal stay location.
