This is a top-quality hotel.
The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, the food was fantastic and the room superb (the bed must have been about 7 feet wide!!)
We only stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Chester but were extremely impressed with the all-round quality of the establishment.
Would definitely recommend this hotel. *****

Another standard 4 star hotel, room slightly warn, breakfast rubber eggs and bacon or cereal. Nothing special.
Staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and gym and snack bar all good. Good location, on the A55 close to Chester and easy access to the north Wales coast.
Would go again but your expectations shouldn’t be too high.
