I was a little let down by the look from outside the hotel because it looked a bit dodgy to be honest with you. The hotel itself needs a bit of tender love and care and some cash spent on it. The room we were in had everything we needed, iron, ironing board, flatscreen tv,... more

Best weekend ever!

This hotel is fantastic! Staying for one night for a relaxation weekend we ended up knackered! There is so much to do! We opted for the dinner, bed and breakfast package with full use of leisure facilties and it is worth every penny and more. Our room was standard, but very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly including the receptionist David and Michael the restaurant manager who catered to our every need. The fitness lad is very, very nice aswell-wish I'd got his number! Dinner was beautiful, breakfast delightful, leisure facilities are exhausting. There is a swimming pool. jacuzzi, 2 saunas and a small steam room, all very modern we felt like lady muck on the sun bed loungers. David got us a taxi into town approx 2 miles away only costs around £5.00. We partied all night and got no disgusting looks when we rolled in quite late. All in all a fabulous weekend!!!
