Lovely hotel with nice (but cold!!) pool and comfortable rooms. Restaurants were good but quite expensive. It would be an advantage to speak French as the majority of visitors seemed to be French and all the staff speak French.
The only downside would be that it's kind of in the middle of nowhere, there's nowhere worth going within walking distance so you have to catch a cab.
It doesn't take long to get into Tunis for some shopping in the Bazaar or go to Sidi Bou Said for the amazing views and lovely white and turquoise painted houses.
