Claims to have been recently refurbished. We had no hot water for most of the time we were there (2 nights), wash hand basin in bathroom didn't hold water as no seal in plug unit.
Shower door didn't close therefore water all over floor on the one occasion I did manage shower. No telephone, TV remote or hairdryer despite in their literature they are quoted as being in the room.
