165 AVOID THIS ROOM! The room is a clean small double with non opening windows.Has a corridor swing door outside, which bangs when ever anyone goes through to the health spa. The WORST thing is the floor. It SQUEAKS badly, BUUUUT not as badly as the floor in the room above.... more

Hovel with staff that have every excuse in the book, put us in a twin room which was what we wanted but the hottest day of the year opened windows to the smell of fish cooking and the noise of the fans from the kitchen went and complained moved us to a double room with nice... more

Dirty, unclean, poor customer service. The carpets were flithy, breakfast service area unclean. Room no view, wallpaper peeling, telephone from 1960's. Reception and general manager rude and unhelpful, what do you expect on an inclusive tour. thats what we thought of this... more
