Rubbish i booked this as a wedding anniversery gift, what a complete was of money. The breakfasts were cold the staff rude and the room dusty. Never again. My wife cried on the way home, we have written to the manager regarding the matter and have photos as evidence. A travelodge would have been more romantic and the food would have been fresh!! NEVER AGAIN

I was looking forward to my stay, after reading great things adout the hotel. NEVER STAY HERE. The Porter had a bad odour problem, Reception staff were to busy eating biscuits and drinking tea, to check us in, had to wait 5 mins, I had booked the Royal Suite at a cost of over £300 pounds per night, only to be taken to room 3303 which had no windows and was a JOKE NOT FUNNY!!!!!! We asked to speak to the manager, and the porter told us that he had left for the day, By that time we were very upset and let down so we left....

Felt the staff were very attentive, and friendly. Food was excellent as was the wine. Check in staff were very helpful - nothing too much trouble. Would like to go back soon!
