This is a convenient hotel for Alton Towers although that's not why I was staying there. It's also handy for the M6 and the city centre is only a 15 minute walk away but if that's too far, a bus stops right outside.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel very welcoming. It can be pretty busy, but that's probably a good sign.
The room was clean and comfortable, although not as high a standard as might be expected from the price (just over £80). A good hotel, but a bit pricy.
