The Receptionist was very friendly when we arrived. Our Room was tired looking with some of the windows not shutting correctly. Had a shower, which was difficult, as shower head wasn't working properly. Breakfast wasn't the best I've had. Had to ask for our Coffee and... more

Poor! Poor! Poor!

Stayed here because it was close to the station & because of the Alton Towers bus link. Never again. The rooms were overpriced, dirty & dated. The restaurant unhygienic, poorly staffed & the food was substandard. Stay somewhere else.
