Great location but poor service. They lost our booking and had to scramble for a room for 5 nights around New Year's.
They gave us a discount for the trouble so, fair enough for trying. But the hotel shares a wall with a lively club which starts at midnight and finishes at 6:00 am. We received no help with the noise and no further discount, plus the owner tried to pull a 48 hour cancellation clause on us when we found another (quieter) hotel.
At least two other couples complained of noise-mainly from the street. If you're a party hound that wants a central location and you don't care about noise, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic weekend, you'll be disappointed here.
