This hotel is in a fantastic location, it is at the Icmeler end of Marmaris...The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble....Yes th rooms, well inour case it was a Junior Suite are basic....but oyu are not living in it!! They are immaculate, what else was great was... more

absolute disgrace, dirty, brown water coming out of taps, toilet broke, rotten shoer , box room, balcony had 2 2 foot dangerous wall. food- awful. got moved to seren sari sister hotel wchich was slightly better not much. this is coming from 2 19 year olds who dont require luxary. do not go!

Just returned from two weeks staying at han palace we had a fab time, staff were so friendly and helpfull. location was spot on. rooms cleaned every day. resturant was exellent and value for money.
ok some of the place could do with a face lift but you only get what you pay for.
thanks to all the staff for so much fun during our stay.
