Never written a review before so not really sure how to word the whole thing. Anyway my teenage daughter an myself stayed at thsi hotel for 2 weeks and it was the best holiday ever! The staff where more than friendy an always had a smile. The rooms where spotless in comparison to other hotels we had previously stayed in Kusadasi this was by far the best.
If i had to find fault it would be the lack of entertainment in the evening. I found this a big thing as i didnt want to run to bar street every evening. If its a uiet relaxing holiday u want then this is most definately the place to stay. even with a young baby as there is no noise in the evening after 1130pm.
The food was good. Breakfast consisted of the usual eggs, toast, cheese but was definately better than average.
I would have no second thoughts about booking and staying in this holtel in the future, a real gem

I came to turkey from the 29th of June to the 15th of july.
it was my first holiday with my boyfriend so we opted for a cheap one we found this holiday after serching the internet looking for a decent hotel which seemed to be cheap and after looking at other people's reviews we booked it that April.
our flight was due to fly out the 29th june at 20 20 the day of the gatwick terroism attack, so after a much worried long wait in the airport our flight was allowed to fly out during the morning we arrived in turkey around 3am and to our amazement our pre booked transfers were waiting for us.
It took about 3 hours to get from Bodrum Airport to the actual hotel with a stop off at a shop for a quick toilet break and to get a bit to eat.
we arrived at the hotel and took a good look before entering, marbled staircase up towards the reception with a balcony type terrace with many tables and chairs. we waked in to the reception area to find a very clean large area full of lovley comfortable leather sofa's and chairs, which all looked very welcoming.
we were greeted by a receptionist who booked us in and talked us through food times and gave us the our remote controls for the television and the air conditioning. He then escorted to our hotel room (we requested a sea view room) which we got.
We then unpacked all our clothes and got changed for the hot weather. the rooms were niceley presented and they came with sat TV, air conditioning, telephone, shower and WC, hair dryer, and balcony.
We we just on time for breakfast which was situated on the top floor ( There is a list in the lift of whats on the different floors to help you) i must add the lift is very small so if you do not like being confined then i suggest you walk up the stairs!! the restaurant was lovley, over looking the harbour you could eat breakfast watching the big cruise ships coming into dock it was lovley.
The pool area is surrounded with sunbeds and has a bar and a food hut, we hardly had a problem getting a sunbed but just incase i would advise you to go and put a towel on a bed. the pool area doesnt open until a certain time i carnt remember the exact time now it could be 9am or 10am. there are snacks available and there is a small shop.
The food was a down side for us as we do not really experiment when it comes to trying new food's so we didnt eat most of the food. The drink was rather week yes i agree with other peoples comments but other people suggested it must of been waterd down, but how could it of been when it was opend right infront of you!! i suggest if you have a strong stomach and you dont really get hit easily by booze then pick some up in the airport beofre your flight leaves.
There are plenty of activites to do in the hotel:
Turkish Bath
Sauna
Fitness Room
Outdoor swimmingpool
Table Tennis
Billards
Dart
Tablefootball
There is a short walk down to the restaurants and shops there is also a small beach and you have to pay for the sunbeds. And yes the hotel is situated on top of a hill but the plus side to that is that it makes the view even better!!
There is a row of restaurants along the sea front, they do hassle you to eat in their restaurant but you politley just say no. I would reccommend the chinese restaurant though it is absolutley lovley and it's all so cheap. when you get to the market you dont stop getting asked if you want this and that they start of at ridiculous prices that they just make up but they will be brought down. overall during the holiday i bought 5 pairs of designer sunglasses ( all genuine fakes) a chole bag, a dolce & gabbana bag and watches it was great.
And to finish off with... the staff, they couldnt get any welcoming, just what you need to settle in for a week or two of a good holiday.
I hope this is useful and i would recceomend it to anyone.

I and my boyfriend went on the 14th of August with another couple and did have a very enjoyable time (although 1 week wasn't long enough!) We arrived at the Pigale Panorama Sunset Hotel early in the morning around 6.
The receptionist was friendly enough but we couldn't really understand what he was saying!
However, we managed to locate our rooms and was pleasantly surprised...Our expectations weren't too high due to the fact that it was a 'cheapie' late deal.
The hotel is maybe not of a 3 star standard in the UK but is spotlessly clean, modern and the decor is very nice. Our sea View rooms were spacious and also very quiet; we had no trouble with the air con etc.
There was food and drink available throughout the day although the breakfast is really not up to much...we just waited for the poolside bar to open where they serve the most amazing pizzas and some yummy burgers.
Evening meals are a bit samey and not much selection but what they do serve is perfectly adequate and we ate in most days.
The staff are friendly, especially manager Jimmy (aka Genghis) but the young waiters can be a bit lecherous when around young women/girls...my friend and I thought we'd be ok with our boyfriends but be warned (even when out and about) the Turkish men are predators! (We just learned to ignore them and keep our heads down).
The pool area was nice and clean (watch out for big ants!) and there was only one day when we didn't get a sunbed, this was our own fault as it was midday by the time we got down there!
Drinks (alcoholic and soft) were available until 11pm, after that they became quite expensive so be aware of the time!
Another thing to be wary about is that the hotel, is what we liked to call in 'cahoots' with a number of restaurants and with the men who organise the boat excursions and trips to diamond beach...they do allow the men (who are friendly) to come to the hotel near the pool almost every day to hassle the hotel guests...this can be quite annoying so just be polite and say no! This was literally the only downside and I think it was because we were too soft!
Overall a really nice place...Would go to Turkey again!

Just back after two weeks at Pigale Panorama Sunset and just had the best two weeks holiday for a long time reading some of the reviews I wonder if they were at the same hotel as me.
Ok so there was no night time entertainment but the young waiters gave us many a laugh at night with there dancing and us holidaymakers just made our own entertainment, some nights we were still singing away at 3 in the morning.
Our room was spotless clean towels every day and clean sheets whenever you wanted them and lovely little shapes on your bed every day I used to love coming back in to see what shape I had today.
The food was not the best but I have been to five star and it's not been the best either so yes I rate it 10/10 because it deserves it.
Will definitely be going back.

Presentation of hotel - On arrival the hotel looked very nice and better than the picture in the brochure. It is a 3* hotel. After dragging our cases up the steps we were met by the luggage boy who didn't speak very much English at all.
We proceeded to the reception to be told that we didn't have a room . After a whole days travelling this is not what we needed! Eventually the receptionist realised we did in fact have a room and gave us the key.
She didn't however give us any remote controls so we spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out the air con by ourselves which was frustrating. Besides this the hotel looked very nice, so we tried to be optimistic.
Rooms - The rooms were a good size with a balcony and the sea view was very nice. The beds were quite hard and not as comfy as we would have liked. They were not the cleanest rooms though as there were a few swept up hairs left over.
Food & drinks - We went half board and so were entitled to breakfast and dinner. Our first visit to the restaurant on the top floor was not the best. We didn't know where to go once up there and the staff didn't give us any help.
Before we had even found a table we were hassled by a man trying to sell us a trip to 'diamond sand beach' and persisted to show us photos etc. We made a complaint to the tour rep who said they would complain to the management.
The food wasn't varied and there was little choice which was disappointing. The drinks were overpriced at 4 lira each. The restaurant did have beautiful views but the air con was poor and it often got very stuffy up there.
Staff - the waiters were friendly after a while but overall the staff spoke very poor English.
Swimming pool - Good sized pool and kid's pool with a few hotel lilos free to use. Always a sunbed free in the mornings. Umbrellas were provided but on windy days these are dangerous, especially with children around - one flew across, and landed on my shin leaving a very painful lump - which the staff did nothing about. We really were shocked at the lack of consideration.
The music around the pool was shocking! There were songs played at lunch time full of swear words which the Turks obviously didn't translate. We weren't so bothered but if we had children it would have been awful.
There was also a conveniently placed drain in the middle of the sunbathing area which gave off such a stench when someone flushed their toilet that we had to move sunbeds.
Definitely puts you off your lunch.
Smoking - Turkey is very big on smoking and the hotel allows it in all areas.
Excursions - although some turned up late the excursions are what made our holiday. The waterpark was one of the best with the opportunity to swim with dolphins.
Facilities - the brochure described a multi fitness gym, sauna and massage room. The gym however has closed and the sauna and massage cost quite a lot. We got bored very easily in the evenings.
Beaches - We went to the Pigale beach via the local bus service which is very good value for money. The beach was nice and sandy and offered watersports for a reasonable price.
Shopping - The bus to town, as long as you get on the right one, is cheap and convenient. Avoid shopping in the day as the heat is unbearable and the hassle can get quite frustrating.
Although it might sound like a bad holiday we had a good time. The average temperature of 40 degrees made it slightly too hot for us but I would recommend going to Turkey, just not this hotel.

When I first got to the hotel I thought I didn’t want to walk up the big hill everyday but it didn’t effect me when I had a bit to drink.
I wasn’t too impressed with the hotel but it was made up for by the brilliant staff, who would make friends with you the day you got there. A lot of staff came to Bar Street with us on the night times, which also made the holiday good.
In conclusion the holiday was the best I’ve ever had and the location is brilliant for people who like to relax and the party life is only a 10 minute walk away.

Pigale panorama was amazing. Maybe it could have been because it was my first holiday away with the girls and at only ages 16. It was really good the staffs was more than just staff they became like friends, making jokes and having a laugh was always enjoyable with them. The food was ok. Not anything special we ate out alot at a friends restaurant, the hill you have to walk up and down is not as bad as people make it. We had fun walking up and down went had had a bit too much to drink!
The evenings was very relaxed, the pool was very good always sunbeds available! I would definitely go there again, as a matter of fact me n one of the girls I went with is going again next year but for a longer stay!

I have to say, after reading some of the reviews on this website before my holiday I was extremely worried, but I need’nt have been at all!
I traveled within a group of 4 adults on an all inclusive package and as soon as we arrived we were greeted and had our luggage taken up to our rooms while we went to have breakfast. There was quite a large variety but it did tend to be more or less the same everyday, but you can’t have it all. Lunch and dinner was normally chicken but with a variety of other foods to go with it each day including potatoes, wedges, chips, salads, rice, pasta etc. Pizza, chips and burgers are served at the pool bar in between meal times.
The pool was very clean however it was rather small but this dint bother us as the hotel wasn’t that busy.
The room was very good in size and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The rooms are cleaned everyday by the maids. They tend to make shapes with the towels and leave them on your bed. One day I went back to the room to find a heart shape, with rose petals scattered all over the bed, which I thought was really nice.
The staff at this hotel are so friendly, I have never known anything like it. We got quite close to a few of the staff and therefore were quite sad to go.
The only downside to this hotel is the hill that leads up to it, I think some people exaggerate though when they say you need to get a taxi back up!
The location was perfect, right near the centre of town and bar street is only a short walk away.
All in all I had a brilliant holiday at this hotel and for what we paid, we really did get a great deal.

After reading the reviews of other holiday makers I cannot believe we stayed in the same hotel as them.
The hotel itself is small but very well run and beautifully clean. All of the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, even the chef who always returned a smile.
The food was quite basic and did not offer a great deal of choice but on the whole the meals were not too bad for the price paid for the holiday. However, the snacks at the pool bar were absolutely delicious.
We found that drinks in the whole of the resort were quite weak not just the hotel.
I would agree that the hotel is not suitable for children as there is nothing for them to do.
Even though the hotel is up quite a steep hill we were able to walk up it quite easily and we are middle aged people.
On the whole we thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

The staff at this place were lovely, we had a great time. The chef made great food and he wasn't grumpy at all. As with all people, you be nice to them, and they be nice to you. We parted on great terms and even had our pics with them! The breakfast wasn’t too fantastic but main meals were lovely.
The only thing that was a bit off putting was the fact that there was no real entertainment and anything that did ever happen in the evenings was after the all inclusive drinks had ended. It seemed a bit like what should have been included anyway was always extra.
The hill is quite steep, so be prepared for a good bit of exercise. If you however want to exercise like we did - The gym facilities are VERY limited and whenever I wanted to go in (in the mornings) it was always locked.
If you are looking for a break in the sunshine with a good book then this is for you. My partner and I initially were told we were going to pigale beach so we were a bit disappointed as the pigale beach hotel has tennis courts and other activities but we made the best of it and so had a good break. In doing so we did end up spending a fair bit of money on the markets, bike hire etc. Going forward though I will choose to spend a bit more on my ticket to benefit from better entertainments etc.
The rooms are very clean and the staff are great - in summary this place is the type to come if you want a lazy week in the sun - but offers nothing much more.

What can i say... Well our transfers and hotel were for once booked seperatly.. so we had no rep.. Was not a problem for the flights and finding our transfers.. they were brill.. Me and my partner travelled with a 9 year old.. so by the time we came to the Esat hotel which was at 2am.. they told us we had no room.. They had double booked.. We were taken in by the hotel opposite ( Alp hotel ).. Which were so lovely. We were told to come back at 9am.. we came back to be givin wristbands and told to go upstairs for food.. STILL NO ROOM!!!!.. Went back to the Alp after being told to come back at 10am... STILL NO ROOM.. in the end we took our luggage to the Esat hotel and had to leave it in reception as my son was getting restless and wanted to get into the pool.. We sat beside the pool untill 4pm waiting for our room.. so many excuses.. In the end a rep from another holiday company helped us.. We got into our room at 4:30 and the maids were still cleaning.. So a complete day wasted.. On the plus side they gave us a free safty deposit box and let us stay until our transfer home in our room.. which by the way we didnt take up, after seeing what happened to other people that left while we where there.. 1 couple had to pay 75 quid to get to the airport, as the hotel didnt tell them there transfer was there.. Anyway the food was awfull.. If u like boiled eggs and salad for breakfast everyday day.. u will be in heaven.. only good food was at the snack bar.. pizza, chips and burgers. I came home with food poisoning. Room was fine, reception was so helpful. Shop was so bare we had to hike up the road to get some ciggies etc...
