I stayed in this hotel with 3 friends to celebrate the birthday and upcoming wedding of one of the friends.
I was a bit disappointed that the quad room we were initially given was a twin room with 2 extra beds squeezed in with little space. There was also a loud noise that started the first evening there.
The staff couldn't move us that night as the hotel was full. However, the next day we were moved to a more spacious room.
The staff are lovely here and when I asked for where we could go for a celebratory meal, they offered suggestions and went the extra mile with some extras in the room to help us celebrate and to apologise for the noise in the room.
I think the way a hotel handles a problem speaks volumes and the staff at this hotel went out of their way to resolve things and improve our stay! So well done them!
The hotel is really close the Vatican. It's near to the metro so easy to get to other areas in Rome.
The rooms we were in were clean and you get complimentary water from the mini bar. The breakfast was satisfactory, though it's mainly cold buffet food.
