Cascais Mirage Hotel

Greetings from Cascais! Thank you very much for your review. I am very sorry that your experience at the Hotel Cascais Miragem was not up to your expectations due to the works in the building next to the Hotel. Although the building is tottatly separated from ours we had some days that while guests were in the pool terrace they could hear some noise. We are not in control of the works but from what we know this noise situation will end in one or two weeks. When inside the Hotel, either in the public areas, bedrooms or meeting rooms, no noise can be heard. We have a good relationship with the owners of the building and will do the best in order to avoid that in the future. The future project will be a smaller building and will have a vast area of gardens and trees. I sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon. Dear Sirs, Greetings from Cascais! I would like to thank you for your comments and for the time you took to mention the challenges we have in order to improve and make sure that your future stay will be a very positive and special experience. Please make sure to ask for a deluxe room wich are the larger rooms with private terraces overlooking the ocean. Regarding the service, we have contracted already enough staff to be able to deliver the highest service stantards. I am trully sorry for our lack of response and I will take imediate action in order to avoid this to happen in the future.
