Beautifully clean hotel. Friendly...

Beautifully clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely big rooms. Heating easy to adjust. Big, free car park. easy to access from A422 without driving through town. Close to main shopping centre and lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants.
Breakfast was buffet service and very good, although the eggs had been cooked too early and the yolks were hard.
Only downside was the poncey food at dinner which was decidedly overpriced, and the drinks, too, were very expensive.!!

Was undergoing some refurbishment but we were not inconvenienced in any way. Was great for service although the bar was a little cramped (apparently now better access).
Was so impressed booked a work conference and this was well received by some demanding delegates. So good that they want to go back again!!
