From the outside this hotel is perfect, once in the room (59) everything was dreadful. Dirty bath, broken toilet seat, cupboard drawers hanging off, grey net curtains, coffee stained wall paper, dusty, smelly and definitely no where near 4* standard.
Staffs attitude appalling. When I brought my concerns to the reception and asked to change rooms I was advised "please fill out the comments card and maintenance card when you leave tomorrow, you can’t move rooms, we are full."
When we left my partner was asked "how was your stay?" he ran through all the concerns and the man said "uumm" and walked off.
I have raised my concerns with super breaks who I have never had any issues with in the past, I am still waiting for the hotels response its 22 days since I emailed customer relations.
