Excellent in all respects. Lovely room, good breakfast and helpful staff. Fantastic leisure facilities as well. Our room was on the 2nd floor and with no lifts so quite a long walk but other than that it was perfect.

I booked this hotel for my husband, sister, and brother - in - law and me to stay over the Valentine weekend.
it was a little difficult to find with satellite navigation but once we switched to the hotels own directions it was fine. it is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, although some of them are a bit of a trek to get to, great gym/pool etc facilities, and fabulous food.
At the time of our stay they were offering a reasonably priced Valentines dinner of 5 courses, which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
There was a lot to see and do in the area, including cheddar gorge, a science museum and Imax theatre and the docks at Bristol amongst other things.
The staff were also very helpful in organising for bouquets of flowers to be placed in our rooms on arrival, courtesy of mine and my sister’s respective husbands. Nice touch!
I would definitely go back anytime.
