Langstone Hotel

I used to live near Havant but had never been to this Hotel before. The outlook is stunning with great views over Langstone Harbour. Many of the bedrooms are on that side and there is something soothing about opening your curtains in the morning and seeing water.
The Hotel has an excellent health club with a good pool, sauna and lots of fitness equipment. The only downside is that it is in a separate part of the hotel and you have to walk round the outside of the building to get to it, which is not ideal, especially for the trip back after a swim.
The food was very good with an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were efficient and friendly and made us feel really welcome.
Hayling Island is ideally placed for visiting lots of places along the South Coast; the New Forest is about an hour away and places like Portsmouth, Chichester, Bosham and Emsworth are all easily accessible. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.
