First the bad bits. Upon arrival we checked in at reception with no problems, but the lady behind the desk seemed to be very matter off fact, did not even get a good morning from her, however later receptionists were fine. The Toilet in our room, room three, had some kind off pump attached to it and every time you flushed the toilet or turned a tap on there was a noise that sounded like a road drill being used, this problem was never addressed during our stay,( three days) the hotel was full so could not be moved to another room, unless this has now been fixed don't flush the loo at night you will wake up all off the Hotel, the noise was very loud. The bar has a limited choice off beers, which i found quiet expensive for a Three star hotel, and a bell which you have to ring to get served , a little frustrating, this may not be the case all the time however.
The good bits. Very quiet, great location, and plenty off things to do round and about. There is a riding stable at the rear if you fancy being John Wayne for an hour or two. Our room overlooked fields in which deer were grazing, also overlooked a small car park which did not cause any noise worries, the main car park is to the side off the Hotel. The food and service in the Restaurant was to a good standard, with a good choice off menu. Would i recommend this Hotel, yes, certainly, you will enjoy it If you are in room three however, flush the loo first before you unpack the case !!!

Situated in stunning scenery - just 10 minutes from M27 which goes from Southampton to the seaside town of Bournemouth.
Burley is a lovely town - wild horses and donkeys, hotel has its own private road and is just off Main Street.
Very quite and five minutes from Ringwood - small town with nice little shops.
Hotel staff are friendly and the food is great with plenty of car parking.

If you are thinking of staying here surrounded by lovely gardens, think again the place has been taken over by weeds. This hotel needs a complete overhaul.
