We booked this hotel knowing it was 1300m from the beach. First impression was great, the hotel is brand new and looks amazing. It is in great condition. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The rooms are spacious and have a TFT TV and are well decorated in a modern style. There is a minbar which can be stocked if required for 20€-30€. There was Air Con, but it only works at the weekend.
There is a Spa centre, which includes Jacuzzis, steam room, sauna, gym and lots more. You are required to wear a swimming cap in the indoors pools.
The restaurant is excellent, it is a buffet with a great choice of hot and cold food plus a good choice of desserts. There is a snack bar which was not open in April.
The hotel has an underground carpark for 10€ per day.
There is an outdoor play area for kids with shutes etc and also a mini water park for children which looks like great fun. There is also a soft indoor play centre.
Entertainment was poor (In April), Just a singer a couple of times a week, however I think this may be better in the summer. Nothing organised for Children.
The hotel was quiet midweek and full at the weekend.
The hotel is in an ideal location for Mundomar and Aqualandia and is also just across the road from the Benidorm Palace.
Great Hotel!!!

We booked this hotel knowing how far back it was as it is past Benidorm Palace but is on a good bus route and taxis back from around the square never cost more than €5.
The hotel is really impressive from the moment you arrive. It is very modern and the reception staff were helpful upon check-in and as we had arrived too late for dinner they had plated up a cold meal and left it with a bottle of water and fresh fruit for us to eat in the restaurant which was really good.
The corridors are carpeted which is a nice touch. The hotel is split into 4 blocks with a lift serving each and no block is higher than 3 floors. We were in block 2 which overlooked the road and only had 2 floors. The room was really spacious with two good sized twin beds and a convertible sofa. The only downside was that you could only really use one half of the wardrobe as the chest of drawers in there was too high to be able to hang even shirts/t-shirts. The balcony was large and had a flower bed and was good for young children as there were no bars to fall through and a concrete flower bed after the rail which was a good two foot thick.
The safe was €2 per day with €5 deposit and you could choose your own 4 digit pin number. There was also a mini fridge and you could buy a drinks pack if you wanted. There is also a flat screen TV with the usual satellite channels.
There are 2 indoor pools, one with really powerful water jets and also 2 Jacuzzis which are currently free to hotel guests as the hotel has only been open for a couple of months. There is a nice outdoor pool and plenty of sunbeds and round the back is a separate pool for children with small slides and also a kids play area and inside there is going to be a kids playroom. There is a bar near reception as well as another bar area at the back which is currently used for the evening entertainment as well as a couple more conference rooms. There is also a gym but we never found it as the hotel is a bit confusing to find your way round and there is no information on the hotel provided in your room.
The hotel restaurant is nice and there is a good choice of salads and main meals but not much choice for dessert and I thought the food could do with being a bit warmer. Each night there is one fish and one meat dish which the chef will cook fresh for you if you want as well as other choices and he also cooks fresh eggs at breakfast.
We found the price of drinks good in the hotel and you could also add these onto your room bill if you gave the staff your room card to swipe. The restaurant staff were friendly but their bar staff tended to serve the Spanish guests first.
We arrived on a Wednesday and the hotel was quiet until the weekend when lots of Spanish guests arrived.
A late checkout room costs €40 although we didn't have one. The luggage room is behind reception so it is reasonably secure.
This is a really nice hotel which feels like the 4 star hotel that it is and I would definitely recommend it due to its fantastic facilities even though it is a good walk to the main resort but we found the taxis and buses an inexpensive way to get around.
Our room was overlooking the road and once the doors were shut you never heard any noise as the glass is very thick. Overall a really good quality hotel.

Accommodation, facilities and food were absolutely first class. Not much in way of entertainment but a lovely peaceful holiday and only 3 or 4 minutes by bus (stops right across from hotel and only costs 1 euro) to all the buzz, pubs, shops, beach etc.
Food fantastic as I said before but maybe not for kids who are fussy and only eat burgers, pizza etc but I must have put on about 6 pounds over the 3 days we were there. All staff friendly and helpful apart from a couple of the bar staff who left me standing for over 10 minutes while they had a wee chat between themselves, but overall, can't fault it. Great wee cosy pub about 100 yards from hotel called The Hype; out main door and turn right just past a couple of shops. Owned by Gary (a fantastic singer), and his girlfriend, and frequented by Scots and English locals, who made us feel really welcome. Would go back anytime, in fact, thinking of booking up for next summer!!
