Kriopigi Beach Hotel

Kriopige Beach hotel is an old fashioned hotel located about 800m from the beach and then we have mentioned the only positive thing... the beach. The food is bad. Stars ??? If really any, then maximum 1. Most irritating is the loud and bad open air music ("entertainment") during the evenings and nights, especially when you want to rest and want to enjoy your sleep during your holiday.

*Nothing the same like last summer; unfortunately worst* We turned back home from the holiday very disappointed. Most things were changed at the Kriopigi Beach Hotel; first of all the managing, then the services, the employes (not enough), the food was almost the same everyday (Swedish buffet – but the same menu) and the worst thing was that the all inclusive package doesn’t include the same facilities like last year (f.e.: on the hotels beach we had to pay for the deckchairs/umbrellas and food/drink). Before I start this review I would like to say that I'm not a difficult person. All I wanted was to spend a week near the sea in a nice hotel with my family.I chose the all inclusive package but I dearly regretted it.The food was horrible.You would see the same food for lunch and dinner which was badly cooked and tasteless. The cook had no experience at all and should have been fired long ago. A lot of people were complaining about the food (Greeks and foreigners). hey yo! I was at this hotel on june 2008, with the whole group like 200 people from my university lol .. I thought going to greece is something special or what so ever :} but I guess I was in this freaking place like kriopigi beach hotel, it was not good at all. I didn't like the food, I had a problem with this guy that works there, he told me "Im gonna cut ur head off" bcuz I was chilling with this girl that he liked which was not his girlfriend or something, he just simply liked her .. lol :} anyways the room was somehow okay I... more

This hotel could not be any further away from 4 stars. Greek food is often fresh and delicious, but the food here could put you off feta cheese for life! The decor is exceptionally old fashioned, and not very clean. Some of the staff are very friendly and really do work hard, but as for the owners...and the children's animators were in fact non-existent. Please save your money, Kriopigi is very friendly and nice and quiet - worth going to. Just choose one of the many (much nicer) hotels!

I suppose that this was the first work of the architect who build this hotel. It's really a labyrinth. The food was of medium quality. To the main subject now. In a single day we lost 600 euros from my wallet, our key from the room and the mobile phone of my wife at the hotel's restaurant and none (security official) came to ask us about the event. I agree 100 % what "Bennytza" wrote about this hotel,in general ,(maybe less room, becouse i was with my 2 children and i had an superior double room).Nothing more to say! By-By for ever Kriopigi Beach.

This hotel is said to be a 4* hotel, but you can easily categorize it as a 2* hotel. My friends and I went there for 5 days at the end of May 2007. Nothing was working: 1) the elevator was broken 2) hot water only if you complained to the reception 3) horrible food and too little, that smelled like .... awfull; you had to hurry in order to get some food or else it was finished 4) the rooms were very very small; you opened the door and you could jump directly into the bed 5) the door had a broken lock, so... more

after reading the review on this hotel, i had to comment ,this holiday was one of the best yet,was this the same hotel? three of us went in june 2006 and found excellent service,food great, staff great couldnt complain about anything, granted not a lot of nightlife out side so probaly not for a hen or stag party, but i would definetly go back again .hi to hercules and sissy.

This hotel deserves to be closed for a long period. My family and some friends went there for Easter holiday. As it was expected from 4 stars hotel-there was nothing. If you go to Kriopigi beach hotel consider the following: 2) absolutly small rooms-there is only one small place for clotes, you will keep yours things in a suitcase all the time! 1) no hot water during the day, only a little in the late evening! 3) garbidge all around- keep your children close to you-they may cut themselves or fall into a empty... more
