We visited the Cedars with friends for a meal. We were looking for a location we could recommend to friends outside of Devon.
The barman was sullen and rude. The meal was stale and the order was wrong. When we asked for the music to be turned down we were met with a poor response.
The experience left us with a feeling that we would not consider another visit.
