Best holiday EVER! Thanks to this hotel! Staff are amazing and made the holiday! Especially Ersin and Yetis!! Going back to Anastasia hopefully in September and CANNOT WAIT! Food was spot on and decent prices. Plenty of entertainment throughout the day and night, for kids and adults. Amazing holiday and cannot wait to go back! Marmaris itself is a pace for all..with a relaxing beach, amazin nightlife and theres everything and anything to do! I would recommend the jeep safari..its such a laugh!! If i have to say one bad things about going to turkey..it would have to be coming home!
If i could..i would have stayed there..
FOREVER!!

What a fantastic holiday we have just all had at the Anastasia. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness ans helpfulness of all the staff. Th Havana Boys make this holiday. They work such long hours and are always cheerful and very fun loving to ALL guests no matter what age or sex you are.
Took some great trips with Uncle John, who's travel agency is to the right of the hotel. The water park was fantastic, as was the lazy all inclusive boat trip, where you can see lots of Turkey in all it's glory, we had a ball.
I think people who have belittled this hotel should remember that this is a base for which to go and explore Turkey yourselves and every holiday is what you make it.
I would recommend this lovely hotel to people of ALL ages and hope you enjoy it as much as myself, my husband and my children aged 11 and 13 did.

Just got back from club anastasia, loved it would defenitly go again. The rooms were always clean and tidy but could do with Air con in bedrooms, apart from that everything was fine.
The bar staff (Havana boys were Great, worked very long hours but were always happy and always polite and friendly, brilliant with kids and made sure the adults had a good time too. They too were very clean and smelt fresh all the time.
The food was very nice lots of choices and reasonably cheap especially when eating out too (soft drinks a bit expensive) but in general the food was well worth the prices big portions and very enjoyable.
Was a bit dissapointed with the beaches but the Anastasia made up for it. Good entertainment and the break dancers were something else (excellent).
In general we found everyone very friendly, i went with my partner and our friends and we had 4 children aged 5, 11,and 13 they all had a great time, would equally have a good time if you are single without kids would defenitly reccomend to anyone.
Cant wait to go agin one day x

Rubbish, crap, not worth ever going. I will never contemplait going to such an awful resort, hotel ever again. If you are educated and want to experince cultutre then give this one a MISS!!!
The hotel staff are as helpful as an umberella would have been in Turkey. The only thing that wa garaunteed was the sun and only the sun.
Coach drivers need to take a legal driving test before being let loose on the roads. One headach after the other and that is not too mention the constant barraging from the locals to buy theri cheap fake designer wears.

Called Freedom Direct again made contact and the phone was immediately disconnected. Just to ensure it was a mistake I called again this time I was put through. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO BE POLITE TO THESE GUYS UNLESS THEY ARE RUDE TO YOU. They are just doing their job as directed by Freedom Direct e.g. targets, duration of time spent on the phone and how they prioritise their time eg why spend time on paid up customers when you can pursue more bookers and money? I remarked that it was interesting that once the money was paid the interest in the client fell to nearly nothing. They guy appeared to be really helpful and if the ammended documents turns up in the next few days there will be no more to be said. If the documents do not turn up I will be back on here. to update potential Freedom Direct bookers

this place is great for everyone it was my first time to turkey and i was dreading it i thought it would be too hot for the kids, too much hassle at the shops and a right muck hole, i was so wrong. club anastasia was clean the atmosphere was brilliant everyone just relaxed and enjoyed chilling out the bar staff are fantastic and they really really work so hard and are fun to be around the music round the pool just added to the atmosphere and played some ace tunes, they just ticked all the boxes for us. as for the shopping the fake clobber is brilliant and looks like the real mccoy got some right bargains ill be taking all english money next time so i can keep tabs on what im spending cos you could go mad. everyone is so friendly and not once did i see a misserable face out there not like england. i couldnt beleive the night life either it looks absolutely buzzing. its defo a must go get booked at club anastasia you wont want to go antwhere else x.

The person that done the review needs to go back to school as they have not even been away on holiday yet and theyve gave club anastasia 2/10. if The person that left the review has any problems with their booking through their travel agent They should not be leaving bad feedback for club anastasia as its nothing to do with club anastasia . Well thats us just back from Club Anastasia for the 2nd time. What can i say, Absolutely Fantastic !!!. its amazing, foods great, staff are excellent, entertainments excellent, kids clubs are excellent, the place is immaculate. cant wait until September as were going back again. I Strongly recommend Club Anastasia to everyone, the staff at Club Anastasia are very polite, very helpful and friendly and make your holiday the best ever. you will not be dissapointed with Club Anastasia. why not visit club anastasia website for more info. you can even email them with any questions or with any requests. we always ask for a room in the New Block as it is very spacious and really lovely. Oh, the hair dressers in club anastasia is rubbish, your best going to Elvis hairdressers just along the road from club anastasia. we also found a fantastic tattooist but its about 1ml away from club anastasia up in the club julian hotel, the tattooist up at club julian is definately the cheapest and also he does great tattoos, hes like the tattooist on tv living, he can do tattoo designs by hand. recommended !!!!

Just arrived back from club anastashia,this hotel was fansastic everything,clean rooms,air con{no hidden charge},bar staff brill especially yetis,food excellent.Its in a small part of marmaris called armulatan,about 10 mins from beach,great location away from the noisy beach front.One thing to watch is bar drinks can be expensive,much cheaper else where,you have a club card which is a good idea,but make sure you spend every penny on it as they wont refund.highlights were jeep safari but again make sure you buy a water gun prior to trip,if they can get a few extra lira from you they will.It was our first time to turkey and an eye opening experience,i for one dont like hassle{you get loads},but they are so friendly and you get used to it,and i would definately go again.

Just got back from a fab holiday at Club Anastasia and cant wait to go back! Staff were all great, Havana boys (Ersin, Yetis, Volkan, Sinan, Deno to name a few) were fab their bar dancing (with shirts off!) cannot be missed! highlight of the holiday. Sexy Jack is a Daniel Craig look alike and will be nice to you if you tell him this, Evening entertainment was good, stay at the back if you dont want to get dragged up! Rooms were very clean, cleaners even put petals on our beds, lovely added touch. The only bad thing was having to come home, will be back for 2 weeks next year. We booked through teletext and went with hotels4u the only problem we had was getting our transfer back as you have to phone and arrange this yourself which was a nightmare and our rep was never at the hotel. Would recommend going with First Choice as their reps sort this all out for you.

Just got back and got to say what afantastic time we had!! The room was clean & the maids gave it that special touch,the staff were friendly and the waiters in the Havana bar were great,Ersin,Sexy Jack & co. couldn't have been any friendlier to all guests.We ate out every night as it was so much cheaper than England,on our last night we ate at Club Ilayda across the road and for 22 lira each(£11) had a 5 course meal and we couldn't manage it all!! would reccommend uncle johns travel agent for all your trips buy 2 get 2 free!! Be warned about the weekly water polo against the waiters its rough but lots of fun!! (3-2) to great britain at the mo. We would reccommend this hotel to anyone and we would certainly go back. we had such a fantastic time. THANKYOU all at club anastasia....

My friends and I stayed at the Club Anastasia this June and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There was 9 of us all together, and we didnt expect to be able to please everyone, but was pleasantly surprised with our first time in Turkey.
Hotel was clean and tidy, and we had our sheets and towels changed regularly. The staff were lovely and didnt hassle us as much as we'd been warned they might! Ozzy was especially helpful, teaching us bits of Turkish, so Merharba to him!
We did loads of trips that we booked with UNCLE JOHNS Tours, (LEFT OUT THE HOTEL,THEN RIGHT), all of them really good value for money. Jeep Safari was the most fun any of us had had in years (and we're not a quiet bunch!), and our driver Tarzan made the day! Also went Diving and White-water Rafting, both experiences not to be missed! We booked a boat trip with OSCAR AND SPIKEY NOSTADAMUS agency, they were just after UNCLE JOHNS on the same street and nabbed us on our first night, but the transfer didnt come to get us so UNCLE JOHNS sent us on his boat instead!
We ate in the town most nights, but the hotel food was pretty good, and cheap too. Local resturants were a bit hassly, but the hotel staff said its because the season is not very busy this year and everyone is competing for the same business. We ate at Anfi Restaurant a few times, good fry ups and lovely steaks in the evening. Staff were so friendly and they couldnt do enough for us, even when we just stopped in for a drink!
We liked Icmeler market better than Marmaris as it was open air, so not so hot, and the beach there was also much nicer. All in all though, 8 ouf the 9 of us said we'd stay at the Club Anastasia again, so thats pretty positive! Hope this review helps, happy holidays!

Fantastic appartments. Cannot fault. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food in restaurant and at the pool was excellent. Cannot wait to return next year. Jewellery shop is amazing, have your jewellery cleaned as is better than new, also have some beautiful pieces to offer at good prices. The pre-paid card is worth buying, much easier than taking money to pool. pool is very cold but refreshing.. EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT.

What can i say other than this was the best holiday ever we all loved it especially the kids,the lads at the Havana Bar made our holiday it was my sons 8th birthday and i asked for a cake Ersin got a lovely chocolate cake and all the lads came over with sparklers and sang happy birthday to him it was fantastic.Ersin,Yetis,Sinan and all the other lads and everyone at the Havana bar" THANK YOU SO MUCH".The hotel is fantasic plenty for the kids to do (and the grown ups) the food at the Bella blue is delicious not to keen on the waiters there though a bit grumpy.The rooms are spotlessly clean and cleaned everyday.Nothing is to much trouble at this hotel cant wait to go next year . Recomend this hotel for families they love the kids,my son Hari (age 2) loved it he has got long blonde curly hair and they loved him. We went to turtle beach one day i dont recomend it if you have young kids 2 hours to get there on a boat Hari was very bored they say you will have a sunbed on top deck we didnt we were stuck inside like a tin of sardines the food was rubbish to chicken burger a bit of pasta dry bread and salad the beach is beautiful although you only get an hour there.That was the only bad bit of the holiday but we know for next time.Thank you all very much see you next year. xxxxxx

I went to Anastasia for a last minute girly holiday in September. We booked it as it was cheap and the reviews seemed good. We weren't expecting it to be half as good as it turned out to be!!! What a fantastic surprise, the rooms are spotless and modern and the maids did a fantastic job of clearing up our mess everyday and folding the towels into weird and wonderful shapes, one day we even came back to find petals all over our beds!!!
The bar was also fantastic, loved the waiters, especially Yetis, Volkan, Ersin and the gang, they kept us entertained the whole time and were so friendly. One night they even took us to a club down by the beach when they finished working!!! Another great guy there is Omar, owns the tattoo parlour within the hotel! I got a tattoo done there, no scabbed over, no blood, nothing!! very professional!! It's true that his prices are higher than standards in Marmaris, but still reasonable and a lot cheaper than at home, but my friend got a tattoo done somewhere close to the hotel as she was thinking Omar's price was really high (in fact it wasn't) but it's faded just after a couple of weeks, so you should be very careful when you make a decision!! I'd definitely recommend Omar's parlour which is also very clean, even spotless and hygienic!
The music round the pool in the daytime can be pretty loud, so I'd recommend this for young groups and not necessarily older couples. The only drawback was some of the entertainment, every day around the pool as some of the entertainment crew sang 'the court of king caractacus' which, by the end of the week absolutely drove us mad. Barbecue night was brilliant though.
I have pretty high standards when it comes to hotels and I really wasn't expecting much, but I honestly can't fault it. We booked through First Choice and I can't get over how cheap it was, for what we got it was absolutely brilliant.
Thoroughly recommend Anastasia.
