We had a fabulous time at the apartments. The pool was lovely and big enough to cope with all the air beds (which I wish they would ban!) Plenty of beds to go round but any problems ask Serdar who will do his best to get you a bed. He was such a gem, full of fun! The Havana Bar was superb. Loved the staff who helped to make our holiday (especially my 15 yr old daughter's!) Thanks to Ersin and Volkan (she misses you already!) who went out of their way to make our holiday 'one of the best'! (Quote, from my husband!) And I have to second that as the staff were superb!
The Bella Blue restaurant was wonderful, the meals which we had on a regular basis throughout out holiday were faultless unless you have a complaint about getting too large a portion (as if!?), I had a chicken salad one night and I was convinced that all the chickens in Marmaris had been sacrificed for my meal. It was huge! Ishmail (I have probably spelled this wrongly. I hope he will forgive me!) The head waiter was very friendly and if they were very busy he would come and get you from the orange bar when a table was free. The Orange bar was always very quiet when we went in but we always got a friendly welcome and a chat from the two boys behind the bar.
The apartment was very clean and the maid came in every day to take away the rubbish. Lots of wardrobe space for the three of us. Only fault was the air-conditioning being in the living area as it went off every time you opened the balcony door, this made for a very fraught time when trying to get ready at night. You needed another shower after you had dried your hair. All the ladies with long hair will know what I mean on that one!
I cannot describe to you how much we enjoyed our holiday in these apartments and we have been to Turkey three years in a row now. I have read some people's account of their holiday in these apartments and it does not compare to our experience of the Staff or Facilities, so I suggest that you should go with an open mind and have no preconceived ideas because at the end of the day you make your own holiday, the staff and the rest are a bonus (and for us it was a bonus, we loved them and everything about the complex!). If any of the staff, Ersin, Volkan, Serdar, Ishmail and any others whose names escape me, read this, I would like to thank you all for a wonderful time!

Where to start? Check-in smooth(desk staff efficient, friendly and professional, very helpful& speak very good English),we knew about the card system & put money on ours straight away (always put more than £50 on you then get 10% bonus they won't tell you this but be careful you won't get any excess back at the end of your holiday; if this happens though just spend it in the supermarket-no more expensive than equiv. in area but for main shop go to TANSAS in town).
Our room was on the first floor in a block with no lift - not a problem for us but there were two more floors above us - not too much fun if you have a child in a buggy. I understand there are three types of room, its a bit of a lottery which type you get, the ones in the two older blocks are smaller with not too much storage space (although these have lifts),the slightly newer ones (ours) were bigger-more than adequate-but with very little storage (two wardrobes with 6 hangers & 2 small drawers) again not too much of a problem for us - the children's clothes just stayed in their suitcases but if it were FOUR young women I shudder to think! The third type of room in the new block (I only heard) were fantastic with plenty of space & storage, even walk in showers (might be worth 'speaking' to receptionist to get one of these).
Our maid was fantastic, we always had clean towels and sheets (5 lira (£1.80) every few days goes along way), 3 times our room was decorated with petals & a rose on the bed with a trail to the bathroom where she had done the same-very nice touch.
I'm going on a bit so let me be more brief.
Pools O.K. 2 main ones both 1.6m deep 3rd is just a paddling pool (lined with grit-WHY?. Few kids got ear infections (could be down to the three times, either the pool or it's surround was pooed in and not cleaned properly.
Kids club average, one time I went to collect my 8 year old only to be told he had left of his own accord and they did not know where he was.
The animation team were pretty good if a little repetitive - Paul worked very hard & was very professional-(did you get taught anymore!!!).
Which brings me to the Havanna Bar-Sexy Jack(manager),Ersin and co.-never seen any crowd of guys work so hard for, probably, relatively little (come on take change with you to the bar & tip them, I must of heard five times 'it's great this club card you never have to tip the staff', remember 1 lira is only 35p.
Jack- go round & ask how many people want the music that bloody loud so that you can't hold a conversation with the person next to you, and start with the 18-30 year olds you may be surprised! Oh and we know you're in charge so when you give an 'en-masse' bollocking it should be done a little bit more discreetly, the restaurant area behind the bar was empty, everyone around was embarrassed not impressed.
Havanna staff do speak English but not brilliantly so our sarcasm, or mine, is sometimes misunderstood-sorry Ersin.
Although music does go on till midnight it's not that late even if you've got little ones-let them have a nap in the afternoon.
Prices in the hotel are on the whole dearer than elsewhere, so if you're watching your pennies go down the road lots of places do 2 4 1 (DOMINOS is one).
Night time entertainment is fairly good but I wouldn't stay in for much of it.
If you go to the BBQ night don't like us, wait for the queue to 'die down' the food will be cold.
BELLA BLU restaurant not bad. Volkan (live long and prosper)is good, although the restaurant is pretty much the same as every other in the area - go to the MARINA for anything different, but don't be dragged by one of the first few , they are very 'in your face' -be prepared- if it does bother you remind them of the 'NO HASSLE' policy. Try THE GOLDEN PLATE and MR COOK.
The reps will try to sell you trips that can be got at the travel agent over the road for a fraction of the price. The QUAD SAFARI is great and not dangerous. The WATER PARK provides a free bus to & from your hotel.
The BAZAAR is where to go to get your fake Prada, Dior, Lacoste, Dolce & Gabbanna, Rolex, Tag and so on; they will try to 'drag' you into their shop, which annoys some more than others but a firm NO puts paid to them. Beware -there are varying qualities of everything & something that looks the same from one shop to the next may be a far inferior quality. Don't think you've had a deal if you get a couple of quid off, they start their prices at DOUBLE what they expect to get.
You can get a deal on every thing; I got a better rate at the change office than that advertised, I even heard that someone got five ice creams cheaper.
On exchange, it is NOT better to give them sterling they will take any currency but it is usually slightly cheaper in Lira (change your money in the POST OFFICE in the bazaar for the best rate).

Where do I start the food in the Bella Blu was really sub standard asked for a medium rare steak the first night it came well done they would do nothing about it.
England, England, England all day all night for the world cup fair enough on the day of a game but not all the time had to go and complain to the management about it and fair play to them they did stop it somewhat. England flags all over the hotel some waiters only wanted to know you the last couple of days of your holiday for tips, Ersin was the only genuine waiter there.
If they sort out these few things it would be a very nice complex to stay as the rooms where very nice and clean the pool is an excellent size only one other thing if you don’t use all your money on your sim card you don’t get a refund so beware.

I went on holiday with my boyfriend and we both had a wicked time! There were a mixture of people there from families, groups of young lads and girls and older couples too. I would say it was not for older people as the hotel is active most of the time. There is music played all day but its not that loud compared to the hotel down the road! At the pool side the entertainment during the day which adults can join in as much as the kids are water polo, bowls & pool etc. A great laugh!
The hotel uses a club card that can be used anywhere in the hotel therefore you don’t have to carry cash around every with you. There are 2 bars and 1 restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant Bellablu served really nice food mixture from pizza, steaks, curry and pasta. There the waiters are very friendly. We didn’t really go in the orange bar because we enjoyed going to the Havana bar by the pool. The bar men and waiters there are class people. They were so happy and always making you feel welcome. I think that’s what made our holiday. We're even keeping in contact with some of them!
In Marmaris there is so many shops! So ladies make sure your man has plenty of money to spend on you. You will definitely get a bargain. Even men there is loads of clothing for you to! Turkey is famous for its gold, leather and handbags.
The hotel is very clean and the maids come in everyday to clean and every other day to get you clean towels etc. There is a hairdresser, tattoo and piercing shop down stairs yet we didn’t use it. The Turkish baths are also are down there which I recommend which will help you keep your tan for longer.
We had a very good holiday and we definitely want to go back to club Anastasia hotel. ****

Room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful as long as you tip them. We tipped the room maid, then they changed and we didn’t tip the second one. We had to complain every day just to get towels or remove garbage.
Also, hotel is extremely noisy (not from the street, but from the disco). Music is at an extreme level from 10 am until midnight. After that you get all the drunken people running up and down stairs. Insulation does not exist, so you can hear discussions 2 floors up.
Management must not be trusted, as we specifically asked about noise etc. before booking. Complaints are likely to be laughed at.
The prices are very high both in market and bar. You can save more than 50 % just by walking 50 m down the road.
Hotel can not be recommended to anyone.

We're a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) and staying here was a fantastic choice. The hotel is brilliantly situated in a nicer part of Marmaris, and not stuck in the centre where we found it too built up.
We had a 1-bed apartment which was very roomy - the two sofas in the living room also converted to double beds. Air conditioning was free, although I'm not sure this is the case all the time. The accommodation was very clean. The maids were fantastic and used to decorate all the beds with different things made out of towels (i.e. cobras, boats, hearts) and sometimes decorate the bed in real flowers - very pretty. A daily service is provided.
All the entertainment staff were fantastic and made everyone feel welcome. Entertainment was nightly and there was something for everyone. We often ate in the complex restaurant and bars which were reasonable too. There was also extra daily foods around the pool, like a kebab stall, fruit stall, tea & cake stall - all for a couple of lira.
The site runs a club-card system which avoids the need for carrying cash which you top up at reception and get a percentage extra each time you do - good for kids getting ice-creams and drinks.
The only downside is the equipment for SC as there is only a 2 ring hob which makes it difficult to cook for 4 people on - not that you want to cook but the odd breakfast here and there did cause a problem as attempting to cook toast on a hob is difficult when your frying bacon and eggs!!
Although Turkey is not in the EU and use Lira they all preferred Sterling since as the rate was high they could exchange it for Lira and end up with more money.
The hotel complex is wicked for all age ranges - there were couples, families, groups of lads and groups of girls and all the people we spoke to really loved this place.
Turkish people are very full on and some people might find it a bit intimidating but once you get through the falseness they are really nice people and love children too.
Be warned that as Turkey has no copyright laws everything is fake - good if you want your lookie-likies but it makes you question if anything is actually real at all - so if you're shopping make sure you barter for everything - half their initial price and meet in the middle somewhere to agree a price.
We would definitely recommend this hotel complex to anyone.

Well it was just really a late deal as the kid were off school me daughter and i who is 16 decided to have a girly break without my husband. We have done it several time before, it was our first time to Marmaris we have been to turkey 10 time before hand but normally stay in the next resort of Icmeler, we had heard good thing and bad thing about Marmaris but decided to give it a go in anyways.
We had a delay at Newcastle airport but that sometimes happens on winter holidays, the flight was very pleasant as we were at the front of the aircraft and it wasn’t full so there was lots of seats, when we arrived we where greeted by the rep and told which coach to go on it was a long coach ride but well worth it, we had some drop off before we got to our hotel they must of saved the best til last.
The entrance of the hotel was lovely we got took to our room it was facing onto the road but we dint really mind as it was only for a week. Lovely big room and since there was only 2 of us in the room there was loads of space, we ate in on the first night and that was lovely but most of the place were shutting down since it was end of season we heard about the half board and we decided to do that because then you didn’t have to go and look around for somewhere to eat ,the next day the weather was lovely for being in October.
We had are breakfast and for being half bored you don’t normally get it freshly cook it normally buffy, what a breakfast it was really nice loads to chose from we though oooo I wonder what evening meal is like and when we went it was lovely there was a set menu but it was fantastic once you had your starter and 2nd course you couldn’t eat you main meal which was so sad to see it go. We had a fantastic the rep was fantastic came around and made sure you were ok.
Wouldn’t definitely recommend this hotel the only downfall to the hotel was sit was really cold on a night time but that didn’t really matter the hotel had entertainment on in October outside in the freezing cold, you had to where your biggest coat and they put a fire in the middle to keep you warm .we got delayed come out of Dalaman but most flights did .had an excellent holiday and hopefully will be going back.

Have just got back from a weeks holiday with three friends, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best holidays ever! The apartments are so clean and big, and the maid pays a visit every single day!
The pool is massive and is well looked after by all the staff! The barman are the hardest working people I have ever met, there so friendly and charming and will do anything for anyone! A special mention to Volkan, Ersin, Hussain, Mahmut and Evron! I would recommend you try the Turkish bath, as it’s very relaxing and something that you simply have to try!
We will be coming back very very soon, we loved it!
