great for kids,free ice cream all day,night entertament great,staff very helpfull friendley,visit uncle john around the corner right to book trips,tell him mark from wigan sent you,he speaks very good english and gives you good advise about marmaris.

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the end of September on our first holiday together and it was wonderful!
The hotel was immaculate, rooms were huge with a large double bedroom, living area with kitchen and balcony and were cleaned every day to a high standard. One of the cleaners even folded the towels into swans and placed them on the bed scattered with rose petals after what I suspect was a secret request from my boyfriend, a beautiful surprise! The air conditioning was at no extra cost, worked well and was a godsend after being out in the hot sun all day. Our room was overlooking the pool and although it could be a little noisy in the evenings due to the hotel entertainment it didn't bother us to any extent.
The pool lovely and clean and there were plenty of sunloungers, even large beanbags to laze on! and the gorgeous beach front only a 10 minute walk with an abundance of bars and free sun loungers.
The hotel was typically British, with fry ups for breakfast and mainly Italian pizza and pasta dishes for dinner although the food was tasty and there was a small vegetarian selection. The bar staff really made the effort with the entertainment and there was loads for kids who all seemed to be enjoying themselves.
The area of Marmaris is very much for Brits and the hotel is located on a main strip occupied by English bars, it is safely far enough away to relax although fishbowls and cheesy English music can be found a five minute stroll away!
We also went on some trips whilst we were there for the week, we booked with Uncle John's Tours which is right when u leave the hotel and literally a 2 minute walk away. They were FABULOUS !! We would definately recommend booking with them as the prices are reasonable and as we booked 4 tours we got a very good deal after my boyfriend did a little bartering! We went for a Turkish bath which was a fun experience, an all inclusive boat trip which was AMAZING !! a trip to Turtle Beach which was quite fun although we didn't see any turtles and it was a long day as well as a jeep safari, which we both thought was HELL !! we can look back and laugh I suppose but on the trip you are soaking another jeep with water guns and as the weather wasn't very hot on the day we booked we remained wet, cold and muddy pretty much throughout the day, not good! All in all the excursions were top fun and Uncle John's are fab, they even arranged for one of their staff to come back and pick us up when we overslept one day!
Turkey's coast is stunning, there is plenty to see and do and although the area was a bit too English for my liking we had a fantastic first holiday together and would definately take the time to go back and explore and certainly recommend the Anastacia.

Arrived home on 20th october after a really lovely holiday in club anastasia. we originally booked to go to holiday village, sarigerme but changed our booking due to an illness outbreak - so very glad we did ! all the staff were so friendly and helpful. they absolutely loved our two daughters (especially the baby!) they love children ! All staff at the Havanna Bar were fabulous. The bar is great. 2 for 1 on drinks 9pm-10pm. The Turkish night is an absolute must, great food, drink and entertainment.
We were half board and the food was nice but would probably find it boring after a week. The entertainment was very good and the female rep that done the impression of Aretha Franklin singing 'Think' was the the funniest thing i had seen in a long time !
Weather was beautiful, only one bad day
Probably wouldnt return to marmaris. Very dirty, busy and chaotic
Marmaris beach is horrible - like a giant cat litter/ashtray
Cannot fault apartments tho. were spotless. Pool lovely, although all one depth and very deep and so is baby pool so not really suitable for children.
Everything considered it was a fabulous holiday and would reccomend the apartments. By far the best in Marmaris !!

Regretably, we have have just arrived back from our wonderful week at this hotel.
This hotel is second to none. Having travelled many places around the world we cannot believe we have found the most accomadating,welcoming,friendly and above all the "jewel" of a hotel that our family needed. the rooms was perfect,clean spacious,with a fantastic view from our balcony overlooking the pool, which was great for keeping a eye on my harry and joshua! the choice of food was limited but sufficient,we did not want to come home and very much looking forward to our return next year. we cannot end this comment without thanking "our special" boy's in the resturant, what a week and what a send off!!

We have just arrived back from the Club Anastasia Hotel in Marmaris on the 20th Of October 2008,we were very sad to leave the lovely weather and wonderful staff behind,everyone at this hotel down to the bar staff to the maids were so friendly,the Holiday Reps Brian and Rebecca made the kids holiday worth while.We went at the nearing of end of season so the Entertainment was poor for teens and adults,We also done a cruise on our last day,and we enjoyed this,and we would advise anyone to do this before you leave,and if you get the chance,definatley go and see Talk of the Town too,ask your Rep when you arrive on your holiday,all in all this is a good place to go.

This hotel was really nice and the staff really friendly.
The rooms were a good size with everything you could need for self catering.
The restaurant was lovely and the menu was good except only limited options on the Half Board Menu.
The kids area is good and my 22 month old loved it especially the free snacks and lunches each day.
Would go back again, really glad I changed from the Holiday Village.

This was the second time we have stayed here, as a couple with no children we only took up the flexi-dine option for 3 days and found that the menu was very limited. However, the food was so cheap other places that it was nicer to eat out. I would recommend Dominoes which is just down the road and being the end of season they had an offer on where you could have your evening meal ( Garlic bread, soup, any main meal, ice cream and tea or coffee) for 17YTL which is about 6.80 and you got a full english breakfast, FREE!!! Another one to try was just around the corner called Summer Rain. The hotel however was very clean, staff are lovely and kids get a wristband to allow them free drinks,lunch,ice creams and afternoon cakes. We did find that the entertainment wasn't as good as last time but I would still recommend this hotel as it is spotless. We did a few trips and would highly recommend the eco jeep trip as this was the best trip we have ever been on.

Club Anastasia is the Best Hotel in Marmaris. if you want a great Holiday then you must go to club Anastasia. Clean and tidy rooms. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice food in bellablu restaurant. and if you want your hair done really nice and at a good price then walk just along the road to Elvis hairdressers where you will get a great and friendly service. Club Anastasia is 10/10 . cant wait until next year. Many Thanks to all the staff especially Ersin from Havanna Bar and Ismail from Bellablu who are fantastic !!!!

great place to go for your holiday staff are great going back next year ,staff was good food was fab entertainment was good clean and tidy rooms.

hi,i would highly recommend this hotel its lovely and the rooms are cleaned everyday.everyone was really friendly and helpful.the havana boys (alatinne,ersin and yetish) are great.they are really entertaining.they all work so hard but they are friendly at all times.we ate at the bella blu as we were half board the meals were lovely and everyone was really nice.we went on a few trips booked with a great man named nico next to the hotel he was so helpful.you really wont be disappointed if you choose this hotel.we didnt want to come home.we are hoping to go back next year.
