" Very good hotel, clean bright,... "

Very good hotel, clean bright, bedrooms were pleasant and bathroom clean and well equipped.

The only drawback was that the staff didn’t speak much English and was hard to communicate. The hotel was well situated and the room service was excellent. Buffet breakfast was very nice and served between 7.00am and 10.30am and up to 11.00am at weekends. The prices in the hotel were very good and we found that Madrid was very cheap to eat and drink.

Most people didn’t speak English and most of the menus were in Spanish so we found it hard to eat out unless you knew the language.
