This was the most appalling hotel I have ever stayed in. Food was disgusting, lift was not working, neither was the revolving door and there was no real welcome from the staff. The bar was not manned and no snacks where available, not even nuts or crisps. I even wrote to... more

Don't go there its awful. Food a disgrace, stone cold, don't look in the kitchen, poor cleaning, staff in jeans and t- shirt and no headgear. Customer care/service non existant ...they ignore complains at all levels. Rooms very poor, bed extremely uncomfortable, dirty,... more
