I have stayed in many hotel in the past fourt five years of my life. I have never stayed in such a hotel courtland Hotel in Eastbourne. The hotel is misrable, the food is from cann and the chefin is the receptionist and the the manager is also receptionist and so on.
We left the hotel sooner than we planned and we lost our money as the manager, recptionist, or the chefin refused to refund our money for the rest of non stayed in the hotel. The hotel is very dirty and is hazard to the health.
I do not recomend this hotel to any body and I recomend the people not to pay the maony in Advance by staying at this hotel.

This was the most appalling hotel I have ever stayed in.
Food was disgusting, lift was not working, neither was the revolving door and there was no real welcome from the staff.
The bar was not manned and no snacks where available, not even nuts or crisps.
I even wrote to the manager complaining and never even received the courtesy of a reply or even an acknowledgment. Avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately I find myself in the position of having to warn people of the poor standards of the wish tower hotel.
I along with 22 other people were booked in for a 6 day stay at this impressive sounding hotel only to find that the food and hygiene standards were extremely worrying.
We only managed one night in the wish tower and thankfully the coach company we were traveling with were able to find us alternative accommodation for the remainder of our holiday.

Don't go there its awful.
Food a disgrace, stone cold, don't look in the kitchen, poor cleaning, staff in jeans and
t- shirt and no headgear.
Customer care/service non existant ...they ignore complains at all levels.
Rooms very poor, bed extremely uncomfortable, dirty, bathroom falling to bits, peeling paint mouldy bathroom, loose toilet handles.
Would have booked out if not with older family member.
Would rate as 0 if possible.
