The hotel reception and restaurant...

The hotel reception and restaurant were pretty good. We stayed in Room 101 (double with sea view), it was a good size and nicely decorated but unfortunately the curtains were falling down and the extractor in the bathroom didn't work.
Also, there is a banner attached to the outside of the hotel which constantly bangs in the wind, and the 24 hour music from the downstairs cafe bar can be heard in the room.
Other rooms may be better but we suffered a broken nights sleep and wouldn't recommend staying here.

We booked a two night stay at this four star hotel for a weekend break. Even though we knew our room was not sea view, we did expect not to be overlooking the bins and netting to keep the birds off the building. The room was dirty and the bedding had fag burn marks. To make matter worse our room service took an hour to arrive (only drinks and a chess board) hardly a three course meal. When we fed this back through their customer feed back forms, no one ever contacted us! What a surprise. I would not recommend this hotel.
