couldnt fault the food and the drinks. all the staff were really friendly and helpfull. the rooms were pretty basic but clean. they are cleaned 3 times a week! would have no hesitation to go there again me and the gf where very happy with our weeks stay. there s a free train down to the beach every day but doesnt start running till about 10am! One tip there is a woman by the shops next to the beach who will try and put a carnation in the womans top and then ask for a small bit of mans money but she will fleace your cash dont even let her get close!! but i would go again as wise as in what to look out for now ,was lucky it was near end of holiday and didnt have much on me..

as this was my first holiday i have nothing to compare it to but never the less i enjoyed myself 100% the room was nice, very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and the reps were great we were never bored as there was always something to do, the food was good although im very fussy i always had something to choose we took a trip to the beach that was nice very clean compared to some british beaches ive been to, the only thing that was disapointing was that as we went at the beginning of october there was only one bar and one resturant open which when we booked the sales rep told us it would all be open but we didnt let it spoil our holiday

just got back from a week at bouganvilla with my daughter. we were checked in quickly . apartment was very good much bigger than i expected was nice and clean we had no kettle when we arrived but 1 was provided within 5 mins of asking.we had no trouble getting sunbeds. the free boogie train was very good and ran regularly to the beach, the food was good plenty of choice something for every taste there were 3 places to eat so we never had a problem, pools were cleaned often as were apartments. the entertainment was very good there were activities every day to suit all ages the pools did get busy and there was 3 life gaurds on all the time. the only thing that bothered me was that too many parents were stuck at the bars getting there drinks or chatting while there kids were left to there own devices in the pool i saw several kids in the deeper pool and i think they shouldnt have been allowed in that part on the whole a really good holiday evening entertainment was good and the bingo paid out some big money its the second time weve been and would advise anybody to go there
- Advice: caves of drach was a brilliant excursion for adults. go into the other local towns on the bus less than 2 euros on the bus

Hi,
I do not wish to put you off going to the boughanvilla as it is beautiful, but we have been there 3 times and love it but this time it was spoiled by the fact that in a space of 4 days 3 children nearly drowned in the pool. They were children around the ages of 5 or 6 and they all needed to be resusitated. Everyone there was very upset. If they had lost one of those children I would of come home as we had our 3 young grandchildren with us. I do not know if it is bad design of the pool or if parents were just making good use of the all insclusive beer. Please have a walk round when you get there TO GET THE LAYOUT OF THE POOL, and don't let your children out of your site for ONE MINUTE. Shirley Milstead

Have just returned home from the Bouganvilla, the hotel itself is ok, a good pool area, great entertainments team who work none stop for the holiday makers, but thats it!
The rooms had no air-con, which makes it unbarable either day or night time. For being all inclusive there was limited things free, ice creams - snacks, where were they?
The real disapointment was the food, its was horrendous, very little choice and poor quality food cooked badly.
It was bedlam trying to get a clean table, there was used plates and food left on every table, no cutlery could be found and the lack of space between tables was a joke.
But now comes my main gripe...
If your traveling with kids - beware..
We encountered others holiday makers which i cant believe were let out of the uk, maybe they had special permission with their ASBO, but their class really showed, screaming and shouting throughout day or night, swearing was everywhere, fueled by drink night time became a haven for abuse which could easily be heard and understood by children.
People were changing nappies in the dining room and on the tables. pure class.....
They even had a onsite tattoo shop, which was a hit.
If you, like me try to shield your children from this, my advise is simple, STAY WELL CLEAR

just got back the place looks good until you are in basic food, rooms need updating bathroom dirty no air conditions rooms smell of fat towels ripped and hole in them. (pool) dangerous for children life guard waste of time in one week nearly two children drown and no assistant from life guard i had to pull them out my self to busy giving out sun beds tickets if you don't return with in 45 min at any time of the day pool floor and sun bed never washed down at the end of day on the bright side baby pool good slide pool good nothing to do for the 13 and over just hang around in groups late at night
- Advice: total clean up floors and sun beds dirty make the baby pool a no smoking area and the dog end did not go in the pool need a disco for the 13 and overs

We have just come back after 2 weeks all inclusive. The apartment was very basic, but ok. No air condition and with 2 children the heat at night was horrible. You could hire fans from the hotel at 15 euros per week, but we bought one for just 19 euros.
Small Pool was lovely, but not enough sunbeds or umbrellas.
Food was ok. Best food to be had was in the la tasca resturant, good choice for adults and children. Main resturant was bad, poor service and very long queues.
Entertainment was a bit rubbish and there was lots of rides etc that you had to pay extra for.
All in all, our children had a fab time in the pool.

Just came back from a weeks stay. Hotel was very spacious we were fortunate that we had a quiet room with air conditioning, which was needed because the weather was stunning. The food was lovely and my son really enjoyed the pizza and pasta place. All inclusive is the way to go here Sa Coma is just a short walk away or train ride but the train gets very crowded and is often running late. The main pool is great for kids but because there is not that much shade around the pool area and not enough umberellas you need to be up by 530am for a sun bed if you require like myself a decent sunbed with adequate shade for my son and because he is not a very strong swimmer I needed to be sat at the poolside. After a few days of getting up so early for the sunbeds the holiday becomes more of a chore than a restful break

we stayed with the all inclusive option which was brilliant as i believed we saved a small fortune on snacks and drinks, especially with two children, who never stop eating! the pools were good however we found the main pool too chaotic and stayed around the smaller pool for most off the holiday, another thing that let us down were the lack of sun beds most of them were reserved by people who didn't turn up until late afternoon so we took to sun bed commandeering! There was also lack of shade around the pool with not enough umbrellas to provide shade for everyone. the entertainment was good, if a little cheesy with bingo on most nights but there was an acrobatics show that was entertaining, however if you want an early night in this place you're not gonna get one as the entertainment ends at around 11:30!
there was a lovely train that takes the hotel residents straight to the beach which saves walking in the sweltering heat!
all in all a good holiday but they need more sun beds and umbrellas.

Myself and my two daughters aged 13 and 10 returned yesterday from Bouganvilla. Absolutely Brilliant. Would definitely recommend it and would go again. The girls made great friends and so did I with two other single parent families, we had such a laugh. the studio was clean, towels and bedding changed every other day. The staff and reps couldnt do enough for you and were always smiling and pleasant. Shops, bars, beach etc were nearby - even a massive (cheaper) supermarket. Never been all inclusive before, but thought it was great being able to eat and drink as much as you like and so much choice. The pools are great especially the water slide area for the kids, the tipping bucket is very popular. Get up early to secure your sunbeds, but other than that couldnt fault the place.

Returned on the 9th and could quite easily go again today. Great holiday, asked for air con and it was there. Rooms basic but suitable as you only sleep in them. Food nice most days as long as you are not a picky eater. The train down was very nice and gave you chance to see all the nice places to eat, just because you are all inclusive you can still have a meal out as you are on HOLIDAY. Entertainment was great for all the family, day and evening. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff very helpful. The pools were all very nice, with plenty of sun loungers around. So good we will be going back again next year.
