We visited the Bougnaville for 7days may 2011, although we had a very good studio on the pool front, it was crawling with ants and cockroaches. I was giving ant spray which i could only use when we were out for the day as I had my 15month old baby and it was getting on his chest. The baby cots are like something from a romanian orphanage, on wheels placed next to the kitchen with no room to put else where. The cleaners only come in every other day and i had to keep asking for an extra towel for baby. TV's which normaly come standard in any 3star hotel was a tiny portable which you had to rent for the week. However the pool was immaculate and if you have children from four upwards then they would be amused with the activity area in small pool. Entertainment was rubbish but good for young kids as the reps were the only entertainment. If you got a studio/other than the pool front i would not envy you. However you could not fault the food i can say with all honesty their was plenty of choice for adults and children and the food actualy complimented each other rather than random choices that go with nothing. Overall if your looking for a holiday that is just like a glorified Butlins camp then this is for you. Would i go back? Never!

having spent a week at bougie for the 1st time i would certainly recommend for families it is the best family resort we have ever been to

On reading reviews we thought oh no but to our surprise we could not see what all tho people have been moaning about. Plenty of great food and choice allways nice and hot. If you had a problem reception sorted it straight away. All staff were very friendly chris and scott were great entertainers and we enjoyed our game of darts even thochris threw the darts like a girl lol. Bingo was fab even won 76 euro on hi surprise. Over all it was clean friendly and a very nice place for kids and couples to go back to. So forget bad reviews give it a try. mandy and lorraine

we spent 7 days in may 2011 excellant entertainment team kyle,mark and co were excellant dissappointed there were no tvs but pools were great as were the entertainment nights in the big top would definately go again sharon and joe chester

How people can write bad things on here I have no idea!!!! Accomadtion fantastic and clean, cleaners and all other staff couldnt do enough for you! Entertainment was fab especially for the kids, food was amazing had 3 restaraunts so cateres for all we took thekids who are the fussiest eaters and they were eating everything which was brill, entertainment staff were amazing brilliant shows best holiday I have been on, everythings on site we left the hotel twice and thats only cause my hubby wanted tabacco eitherwise we would have just stayed there, sa coma beach was amazing free train ride again children loved it was literally 2 minutes away, walked it in 10 mins. Already booked again for next year,kids kept nagging us to book again so didnt have a choice lol one couple have been going there every year for 6 years,, book it and go and see you wont be dissapointed we werent, xxx

One of the best holidays we have had! we went 23 may 2011 for a week all inclusive...! we had 3 children aged 4, 2 and 6 months..there was lots to do and you never really need to venture outside.. there are 4 shops and various stalls at night to buy good stuff from. They have 3 different restuarants to choose from to eat at..and serve different food each night.. in the rooms you have a fridge, kettle and microware- which was handy to have to sterlise bottles! Lots and lot to do that dont cost anything and they is also activities that you have to pay for! Overal a great holiday and im already looking to book again next year...!

just got back today loved every minute off it me my husband and kids and grandparents had a brill time ,staff r so nice food is loverly rooms r loverly ,kids club staff r so good with kids my kids had such a great time we going thomas cook to moz to book again for next year ,dont lisen to the bad reports on here the place is brilliant you will have a loverly hoilday if u go here i wish we we there longer

fantastic 2 week holiday . clean and well kept pools and grounds. the entertainmnet reps were fab and very helpful . there were 9 of us ans we all enjoyed it immensely.the big top had entertainment every night and the kids loved disco.
we have been now 7 times and its always fab .
the new aqua pool area is fabulous.

just got back yesterday may 18 and was well impressed dont listen to the bad reviews go and see for your self new water park is excellent and free were all in and the drink was nice but best of all the entertainment crew really enjoyed it would say this is a place for famlies with kids staff couldent do enough for you make a fuss of the kids

just got hom yday i read all the reviews b4 goin on holiday and they did worry me but i thought bouganvilla was fantastic i would go again kids loved it. ya drinks were in plastic cups but when its a place for kids i think thats fine alot safer. we went all inclusive there was 3 different restarants to choose from and snack in between meals but we didnt use them cause we was full from every meal. the pools were really good and clean we were surprized to find a kids water park (with big red bucket on top have um at heaven sites}u can also jump on the free train outside the villa to take u to the beach.if u choose bouganvilla for ya holz hope u enjoy as much as we did it sud have a higher star than its got.
