Ibis Bordesley Circus Hotel

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Four of us stayed there for 4 nights. Every night a mistake was made with the evening meal.
The final evening meal was a tapestry of errors with the usual missed meal from the order followed by a wrong order where no effort was initially made to rectify it leaving us thinking something was being done. A second approach convinced the staff member that he was wrong and the order was completed 25 mins later. Mumbled apologies, shoulder shrugging and inept management were apparent. Oh, and they tried to double charge me for my room and food. Laughably inept and worth avoiding.
The visiting tramp gave some momentary entertainment by falling asleep after buying a glass of white wine and then having been woken up by a concerned staff member proceeded to consume the contents of the sachets of sauce and salad cream. Did I mention indifference?
A local complaint rendered two bottles of wine and another shrug.
