I work on a government contract, and at present I’m based in the Reading area. I have live out of hotel rooms for the past seven years. In this time I have never had the good fortune to find a hotel with such committed and helpful staff, as at Reading.
Due to my work commitments I often have to leave early or return late, the elderly chap working as the night porter, is always there with a smile at help, whatever the time of morning or night. (A great asset!).
This is probably the friendliest hotel I have stayed in over the past seven years.
