The Vineyard at Stockcross Hotel

Totally overpriced for the poor quality, staff and the spa facilities are dirty and there are not even enough seats to lie down around the pool.
The worst is, however, the spa treatments. Very expensive (55 pounds for 25 min. massage! yes, I wrote 25 min.) And it started late and finished early.
The food at the restaurant is excellent but it made us really upset the fact that in the rooms, the guide to the hotel says that dinner is served until 10 p.m.
We reserved for 9.30 and, when we got to the restaurant, at 9.40 (a bit late), they did not want to serve us, saying the kitchen closes at 9.30! It was outrageous!
This is supposed to be Relais Chateaux!! But it is a joke, more of a luxury motel with awful service. We lost that dinner and it was included in our 700 pound- all-inclusive weekend. It made me really angry. This people don't have a clue. Avoid this place!
There are many things to add, but it will just make me angrier, like the staff coming into my bedroom without knocking, or that we ordered the FT paper but never got it.
Also breakfast in bed was incomplete - I called them to say a bowl of fruit was missing and yet they never brought it and I waited and waited.
