Eleanna Hotel

A very quiet and laid back resort, the hotel and its staff couldn’t do enough for us , the breakfast was basic but ok, the dozen or so tavernas are about the only nigh time entertainment, but if you want scenery this is the place!
One of the prettiest little resorts we've been to , hire a car it will really make your holiday . there's only three shops and three supermarkets so you won't spend much, prices are about average for Greece we never had a bad meal in two weeks, the beach at Papa Nero is very good only a five minute walk from ag. Ioannis,( the town beach ain't up to much).
The local bus service is poor and there's no cash machine- the village of Zagora is the nearest, the locals were very friendly except the bloke and his daughter who run the supermarket nearest the town car park they need some happy pills, but apart from that we'd go back any time, a very beautiful part of Greece.
