We stayed at this hotel for one night before visiting Lego land (10 minutes drive).
The deal was really good - £199 for one night including two adult passes to Lego land, dinner for two adults, breakfast and an ample picnic for all. The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. There was a massive king-sized bed, a sofa bed for our five year old and a lovely clean cot with colourful duvet for our baby.
The grounds of the hotel are lovely - plenty of room to run about especially in the walled garden area. The garden borders the river Thames and we even hired a small covered electrically powered boat to cruise up and down the Thames - this was an extra at £35 but good fun.
There is a leisure pool and gym too. Dinner was delicious and there was a good choice for the five year old - his evening meal was £9.50 for three courses. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and good with the children.
