Ibis Glasgow Hotel

Stayed one night on business, room was nothing special and the heating did not work, the hotel provided me with a temp heater in room, bathroom not up to standard. Would I stay again probably not

After a disastrous experience at the "Quality" Central last year, we were a bit stressed to come back in a Glasgow Hotel. We were impressed by the reception at this hotel and by the very obliging staff. The room cleanliness was acceptable (it can not be worse than the dirtyness at "Quality" Central.) The breakfast was very common. Great value for the price. We'll be back.

You can't beat the location and price of this hotel. The rooms are basic but do have added amenities (such as the ability to order food from your room 24hours a day). The bed is just a basic foam mattress but surprisingly comfortable and the bathroom is small but clean. The service was very good and they have a restaurant on site and access to internet (for a price). We have just returned from 5 days in Glasgow, we stayed at the Ibis Hotel. I was very impressed by it, the room was pretty basic but had everything we required. Great safe location & within walking distance of all shops, etc. Spotlessly clean Fantastic value for money Homely/Friendly/Obliging Staff 24 hour food available I just must mention the 'Gorgeous Red Haired Iain' to whom nothing was too much trouble.
