This hotel is well located for access to the M6 and also Blackpool and it's about 3 miles from Preston city centre. Although it's close to the motorway, there isn't much noise and I had a very peaceful night's sleep. It's quite a smart hotel with a nice reception area and friendly staff. The room was a decent size and well equipped with all the usual amenities: remote TV, hairdryer etc and the bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was quite large too and very clean. There's a bar on the premises but I never had anything to eat there so I can't comment. A good value hotel for a stopover at £50 per night.
